- Prices
The price that applies is the one at the time your order is confirmed.
- Our guarantee
If we miss the agreed date, or your order isn't as described or personalized, we replace it or refund you in full.
- Reporting a problem
At pickup, or within 24 hours, send us your order number and a photo of the issue on WhatsApp, and we'll sort it out.
- Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable once paid, as it confirms your order and preparation starts right away.
- Repeated cancellations
If orders are repeatedly cancelled or not collected, we may decline future orders.
- Pickup
Please collect on time, especially cakes and fresh food, as delays affect quality; late pickup is the customer's responsibility.
